Triangulum Equatorial Photographic Platform
TEPP has been developed to carry Dobsonian telescopes up to 100 kg (220 lbs), and this way to open a new dimension of the amateur astrophotography. It’s equipped with two stepper motors, both the RA and DEC axles are controlled by the Smart Controller electronics with ST4 compatible autoguider port. This way an exceptional precise movement and tracking can be achieved. It comes with a handy, wireless remote controller that makes the photography way more comfortable. Another outsanding feature of TEPP is it’s special design, that allows you to change the setup to different latitudes within a few minutes. TEPP is available for all the users with a location between 0° and 62° latitudes on both North or South hemisphere. The flexible mechanical design makes it possible to change the platform's latitude setting over a wide range. TEPP comes with preset latitude according to your request, fully assembled, including the Smart Controller electronics, 2 integrated stepper motors, wireless remote controller, and a 12 V car adapter with 4 m (13 feet) cable. The 3 legs for your Dobsonian's base are also custom made ones, you can specify their exact postion and size, this way TEPP can be fully compatible with your existing setup!
